About us

Welcome to Flagstaff Vacay Rentals, a direct booking platform owned and operated by Elevation ELITE Vacation Rental Mgmt LLC. Our company was built from the ground up by our founder, Melissa, who was raised with a simple, powerful philosophy: always go the extra mile. Melissa has called Flagstaff home for almost 20 years, where she resides with her adorable daughters and fur babies. In her spare time, she loves skiing, kayaking, traveling, and enjoying quality family time.

To better serve our community, we created this dedicated direct booking site in addition to our core property management platform. By bypassing major online travel agencies, we completely eliminate heavy middleman fees—ensuring our guests secure the lowest possible rates while our property hosts retain significantly more of their hard-earned revenue.

Melissa's deep personal connection to Northern Arizona shapes our entire approach to hospitality:

"We treat our guests and property owners like members of our own extended family, deeply cherishing the relationships we build with each one. When you work with Elevation ELITE, you are partnering with locals who live, work, and play right here in beautiful Northern Arizona. We love sharing our passion and knowledge of the area with travelers, while helping homeowners seamlessly turn their rental investments into one of the best decisions they've ever made."

To ensure absolute peace of mind alongside these financial savings, every reservation automatically includes comprehensive accidental damage protection and secure, automated background screenings. Skip the corporate platform fees, join our extended family, and book your next getaway with complete confidence.
